Dom Helena, Ubytovanie Vyšná Boca

Helena House is located in the Low Tatras in a picturesque village called Vyšná Boca. This cozy house offers accommodation in 4 separate rooms for 12 (14) people. In Helena House there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace as well as a living room with a pool table. In the basement a ping pong table is available. The accommodation is suitable for families with children. You can also roast some tasty treats in the outdoor grill or perhaps cook traditional goulash.

Vyšná Boca is sparely populated (around 80 inhabitants), which will please tourists who are looking for peace and serenity in the middle of nature and yet still want to enjoy the advantages of modern day society (a shop, restaurants). In the village there is a mineral spring Kyselka with a delicious, slightly sulfurous and ferric water, and also a sports field where you can play football, volleyball or tennis. There’s also a tunnel not so far away which can lead you to the depths of the earth and reveal its secrets. Surrounding valleys and forests offer ideal conditions for cycling, mushrooming, picking wild fruits and hiking. In the winter months we recommend going skiing in the ski resort Bačová Roveň, which is only 250 meters away from our house.

Vyšná Boca village lies in the southern part of Bocianska valley. This valley spreads from the ridge of the Low Tatras with highest peaks Rovná hoľa (172 3m), Lajštrovh (1602), Čertova svadba (1463 m) and Fišárka (1479 m) all the way to the end of the valley near Kráľová Lehota (680m). Not only that, you can also see the most impressive formations in the Low Tatras National Park, concentrated in the massive Ďumbier and Ohnište.
